Frequently asked questions
You’ll earn a commission on every qualifying order placed through your unique Spotmate affiliate link or approved code. Once the order is confirmed and passes the return window, your commission will be ready for payout based on our affiliate payment schedule.
When someone clicks your affiliate link, Spotmate tracks that visit for 30 days. If they return and complete an eligible purchase within that window, the order can be credited to you.
You may receive an approved coupon code through the Spotmate affiliate portal. Please do not promote public or unapproved discounts as your affiliate code. Using both your link and an approved code on the same order does not create double commission.
Your commission is based on eligible sales generated through your approved affiliate link or code. Some special promotions, stacked discounts, or limited-time offers may have different commission rules, so we’ll always make the terms clear before you share.
Yes. Orders placed through Amazon, TikTok Shop, or other third-party platforms are handled separately from the standard Spotmate website affiliate program. Unless we confirm a separate tracking setup with you, commissions apply only to approved Spotmate website orders.
