30-day return policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

Starting a return

To initiate a return, contact Spotmate at service@spotmatecare.com. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Required information

When contacting us, please include your full name, order number, billing and/or shipping address, phone number, item(s) and quantity to be returned, and the reason for return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a standard return, items should be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Because Spotmate sells personal care products, opened or used items may require review before approval.

Damages, defects, and incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, missing accessories, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos so we can review the issue.

Non-returnable items

Final sale items, gift cards, items returned without approval, and items that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons may be non-returnable unless required by law.

Exchanges

For exchanges, contact us first. Depending on the situation, we may ask you to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Processing time

Returns are typically processed within 3-7 business days after the returned item is received.

Warranty claims

Manufacturing defects may be covered by our Warranty Policy. Contact us with your order details and a brief description of the issue.
