Two-year limited warranty

Every SPOTMATE grooming device includes a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase for defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use.

30-day returns and exchanges

If your order is not right, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery under our Return and Refund Policy.

What is covered

The warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects, battery issues, or product failures under normal use. It does not cover misuse, unauthorized repairs, accidental damage, improper handling, loss, theft, cosmetic wear, or normal wear and tear.

How to request warranty support

Contact service@spotmatecare.com with your order number, product name, photos or video if helpful, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.

Proof of purchase

Warranty service may require proof of purchase from Spotmate or an authorized sales channel.
