Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery timing

Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary because of carrier delays, address issues, weather, holidays, customs, or other events outside Spotmate's control.

Delivery coverage

Spotmate currently has shipping zones configured for the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Belgium, and Japan. Availability, methods, and pricing are confirmed at checkout based on the shipping address.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is $4.99 for orders under $50. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping where available. Expedited shipping is available for $9.99 where offered at checkout.

Shipping methods and logistics

Spotmate may use third-party fulfillment and logistics partners, including Amazon logistics where available. The delivery carrier is selected based on the most suitable option for your order and destination.

Expedited shipping

Expedited shipping options may be offered at checkout for eligible addresses. Any expedited delivery estimate shown at checkout applies after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Multiple items

We try to ship items together when possible, but orders may arrive in separate packages if items ship from different fulfillment locations or require different methods.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If tracking shows an issue or your package arrives damaged, contact service@spotmatecare.com with your order number and photos if applicable.
