Request deletion of your personal information

You may request deletion of personal information that Spotmate holds about you, subject to verification and legal exceptions.

How to submit a request

Email business@spotmatecare.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your name, email address used for the order or account, order number if applicable, country or state of residence, and a short description of the request.

Verification

We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and protect your account. Please do not send sensitive payment information by email.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information when required or permitted by law, including records needed for order fulfillment, refunds, warranties, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
